2020 – 2021 – Agenda and Minutes of Meetings

The agenda for the next meeting is available about a week before the meeting.

The Clerk is happy to provide any of the papers which the Council will consider at the meeting to members of the public (provided they are not confidential), but, to save printing costs will need to know in advance.  Please let the Clerk know if you would like hard copies of the papers.

Minutes for May 2019 – March 2020 are available.

Meetings generally take place on the third Wednesday of alternate months at 7.30pm at Gagle Brook School in Elmsbrook.  However, due to the current COVID19 crisis, the Parish Council will be meeting virtually via Zoom (as permitted in the The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (“the 2020 Regulations”).  Details of the Zoom meeting will be published on the agenda and below.  We’d love to welcome as many of you as possible, but when you join, please do use your name otherwise, we may not be able to admit you.  Your names will not, however, be recorded in the Minutes.
